Forty tabs. One auditor. A Friday.
Signa began in Austin, in an office that smelled of coffee and toner. A mid-size team was preparing for an audit the way most teams do: by hand, at the last minute, with a spreadsheet that only one person understood.
The work was not hard. It was only never finished.
So we built a ledger that finishes itself. It reads your systems on a schedule, gathers the evidence, and marks each control as it passes. It speaks up when something drifts, and stays silent when nothing does.
Today Signa serves mid-size teams who would rather spend their quarter building than chasing screenshots. We are still a small team in Austin, and we still answer our own email.
